extremesupplements.org does not store customers financial information, online transactions are all processed through a third party and telephone order information is securely deleted/destroyed once payment is processed. 

Purchases.


extremesupplements.org may cancel a sale and not supply products if it is deemed reasonable to do so and we may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at our sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. The price for each product is shown in pounds sterling and includes VAT. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order we will inform you using the contact details you supply us with. You will then be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. We try to ensure that listed products are always available but there may be occasions where events outside of our control stop us from fulfilling an order. In such instances you will be given the choice to wait for stock to arrive or be given a full refund. Pictures are for illustration purposes only and products may occasionally vary in size, shape or colour. All orders must be paid for before they are delivered you can pay by credit card, debit card, cheque.

All links to third parties are provided for customer convenience, we do not accept any legal responsibility for their actions and you may choose to engage with said third parties entirely at your own risk.

DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK.

Delivery within the UK is free and guaranteed, in the event that your order is lost in the post a full refund or full replacement of all products ordered will be arranged in accordance with the terms and conditions of the postal service used by extremesupplements.org to send your items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

As of 28/12/07 all standard free International shipping will be sent entirely at the buyers risk (This is due to the huge difference in reliability of the postal services and customs regulations from country to country). An Express and Insured delivery option is available and should be purchased by all international buyers who would wish to claim for the full cost of their order in the event that it was lost in the post/stopped by customs or did not arrive for any other reason. If the express and insured option is not selected extremesupplements.org are unable to resend or refund any order from international buyers that does not arrive at the delivery address, proof of posting will be available to all buyers in the event that an order is lost or stopped by customs etc.

ADVICE.

Advice given on this site and via email represents my personal opinion only. All supplements should be used only at the manufacturers suggested dose and advice should be taken from your GP before starting any new supplement or undertaking any strenuous exercise. If you choose to follow any of the informal advice that i offer you agree that you do so entirely at your own risk.
